Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All of our retail shipping is via the United States Postal Services using Priority Mail shipping rates. We select Ground Shipping of the rates are cheaper and the delivery date is the same or sooner. We refund the savings.

  • Orders are filled Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM, Eastern Standard Time.

  • We DO NOT offer express shipping

  • We DO NOT ship internationally

  • We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Our products are handmade in small batches. As a result, individual products may vary in size and color. 

  • Because of the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, or you believe to be defective, please refuse the package and send us a note at info@uglybabysoap.com. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, order number, and a description of the damage.
